Copyright & Image Usage Policy

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright in photographs created by Kadda Photography remains with Kadda Photography, subject to applicable Australian copyright law and any rights or agreements that apply to the commission.

For personal photography packages, delivery of final photographs includes a non-exclusive licence for the client to download, store, print for personal use where desired, and share the delivered images on personal social-media accounts. This does not transfer copyright ownership.

Business, advertising, publication, resale, merchandising or other commercial use may require an appropriate commercial licence or written permission unless that usage is already included in the booked business or event package.

Clients are asked not to materially alter delivered images in a way that misrepresents Kadda Photography's work, including applying heavy filters, AI alterations or substantial edits before publicly crediting the result as Kadda Photography's work. Reasonable cropping for platform display is acceptable.

Clients should contact Kadda Photography before supplying images to publishers, brands or other commercial third parties unless the agreed licence already permits that use.

Kadda Photography will seek appropriate portfolio/model-release consent before using identifiable client images publicly for promotional purposes where consent is relied upon. Declining promotional use does not prevent the client from receiving the photography service.
