Image Delivery & Gallery Policy

Standard photography sessions are normally delivered within 7-14 business days after the session, unless a different timeframe is communicated for the booking.

Wedding photography is normally delivered within 4-6 weeks after the wedding.

Delivery periods are estimates rather than guarantees where circumstances outside Kadda Photography's reasonable control cause delay. Kadda Photography will communicate material delays where reasonably possible.

Online galleries are normally available for 60 days from the date the gallery is delivered. Clients should download and securely back up their photographs before the gallery expires.

Kadda Photography may retain delivered image files for up to 12 months after delivery. Archiving is provided as a convenience and is not a permanent storage or backup service. Kadda Photography does not guarantee that files can be recovered after delivery or after the archive period.

Where a package includes a specified number of edited images, the client receives that number of final selected photographs, subject to the package terms. Packages expressed as a minimum, such as '40+ images', may include more at Kadda Photography's discretion.

Where available, a Full Gallery Upgrade starts from $149 and allows a client to purchase the additional professionally edited photographs selected as suitable from the session. For example, if a Portrait Signature package includes 25 edited photographs and the final suitable gallery contains 65 photographs, the client may purchase the Full Gallery Upgrade to receive all 65 edited photographs. The exact upgrade price may depend on the session and number of additional photographs.

Kadda Photography currently supplies digital photography products only. Printed photographs, albums and physical products are not currently included unless expressly introduced and agreed separately.
