Model Release & Portfolio Consent Policy

Booking Kadda Photography does not automatically require a client to allow their identifiable photographs to be used in Kadda Photography's public portfolio, website, social media or advertising.

Kadda Photography may ask the client to provide separate consent for specified promotional uses. The client may accept or decline that request without losing the ordinary photography service they purchased.

Where identifiable images of a child or minor are proposed for promotional use, consent should be obtained from a parent or legal guardian with authority to provide it.

Any model release or portfolio consent should identify the intended uses, such as website portfolio, social media, printed promotional material or advertising. Kadda Photography will use images consistently with the permission provided.

A client may contact Kadda Photography to request that future promotional use cease. Kadda Photography will consider and action valid requests where reasonably practicable, but withdrawal may not be capable of reversing material already lawfully printed, published, distributed or shared by third parties.

Kadda Photography will not sell a client's identifiable likeness to an unrelated third party for that third party's independent advertising campaign without separate permission or another lawful basis.
